Prep Boarding

Prep boarding has seen a pleasing increase in numbers. This has meant that we have been very active and busy helping new pupils settle in ably assisted by the existing boarders.

We have been particularly busy with many trips and activities organised, e.g. bowling and quasar, kayaking, barbeques, cinema and the annual fishing trip.

"I have made a lot of friends in boarding. There's one who's in Year 7, called Jade. In boarding it's fun once you get to know people. We watch TV, go to the school gym, use the school swimming pool, play table tennis, chat in the common room and play outside in the school grounds."

"We have supervised study time and can use the library and the computers. Sometimes we are taken out on trips in the evenings, such as firework displays, cinema or the theatre and although I don;t stay at weekends, they do lots of fun stuff, like ten-pin bowling, shopping, surfing, kayaking and ice skating."

"Come along and have a trial day in the Prep Department and try a sleepover! We'd love to see you!"
